ABC’s entity structure has two structures. One a not for profit, nonpartisan, social welfare IRS 501 (c) 4. What that means in laymen’s terms, is contributions may be deductible as a business expense but are not deductible for charitable purposes. Furthermore, the donors identities are not required to be disclosed.
